United: The Golden Era

"Manchester United is my home. My heart is here. This is where I want to play. The boss believes in this team and so do I."

“We are part of an era that can go down in history for the way we are playing and for the trophies we are winning. The boss believes in this team and so do I. And this is where I want to be.”

“Ever since I joined United the manager has been like a father. No matter how good I become, I know he is a man who will always be able to teach me that little bit more. I don’t just respect him, I have the affection for him a child has for his father.”

Dude, they are quotes, I don't do speculation. Confident for tomorrow night but scared by what can happen in 90 minutes of football.

Best soccer game I've seen in years - I'm sure that even the United fans will appreciate the performance Barca gave this evening. Iniesta and Messi for me were incredible - the ball Xavi played in for the second goal was sublime. Dunphy and Giles were critical of the United starting lineup - but I don't think that it would have mattered. Good to see some good tackling and challenges being let go by the referee - relatively little diving - with the notable exception of Puyol towards the end. Bloody disgrace.

Buck, you called it mate. I believed the propaganda from Ronaldo, mores the fool. £80 from Real, now that's unreal, absolutely gutting. Where are they getting the money and where are we going to get all those goal from now?

Manchester United have received a world-record, unconditional offer of £80million for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

At Cristiano's request - who has again expressed his desire to leave - and after discussion with the player's representatives, United have agreed to give Real Madrid permission to talk to the player.

You know that’s gonna put a dent in the local call-girl business….To be honest, great player and all that he is, I’d prefer somebody who didn’t fall over so much…
I can only assume that they’ve lined up a bid to take the entire Barcelona team to Utd!!!

IT was definitely going to happen after the European cup failure. Ribery to united and another new team being build by Fergie, all he wants is to get his hands on the cup again
